The ASCMC Board of Directors is comprised of the Administrative Council and the Advisory Council. Meetings are open to the public every Sunday at 6:00 PM in the Heggblade Conference Room. The terms of student representatives to the Board of Directors is for the duration of a year beginning the first Monday after Spring Break, with the exception of the President Pro-Tempore of the Student Senate who serves for the duration of an academic year beginning in Fall.
